Important Update on Sidra Daily Rewards to SDA Swap Feature Today 22th November 2025

Dear Sidra Community,

We want to keep everyone informed about a recent system update designed to enhance security and prevent abuse of the Daily Rewards swapping mechanism to SDA.

Key Changes Effective Immediately:

1. Only the Original KYC Owner Can Perform the Swap

   From now on, only the account holder who originally completed KYC verification will be able to convert their accumulated Daily Rewards into SDA tokens. This ensures that rewards stay with the legitimate owner and reduces the risk of unauthorized transfers or account trading.

2. Facial Recognition Check Required

   Every time a user attempts to swap Daily Rewards to SDA, the system will perform a live facial recognition scan and compare it against the selfie submitted during the original KYC process.  

   - If the face match is successful → Swap proceeds instantly.  

   - If the face does not match or the verification fails → The swap attempt is rejected, and the user must wait 7 full days before trying again.

3. Impact on Genuine Users

   Even legitimate owners may encounter the 7-day cooldown if:  

   - The selfie photo is unclear, blurry, or low quality  

   - Lighting conditions are poor during the live scan  

   - There is a busy, cluttered, or dark background  

   - The user is wearing heavy makeup, filters, hats, glasses, or anything that significantly alters appearance  

   - The camera angle or distance doesn’t match standard selfie requirements  

Tips to Avoid Delays (Highly Recommended):

- Use the exact same device and camera you used for your original KYC selfie when possible  

- Take the verification photo in bright, even lighting with a plain, neutral background  

- Look straight at the camera, no angles, and remove hats/glasses if you wore none in your KYC photo  

- Ensure your face takes up most of the frame and is clearly visible  

- Retake your KYC selfie (if the platform allows) with a high-quality, recent photo to improve future match accuracy
