Hello! Just wrapped up a fascinating task for our property management team here in Benin City! They had a rough sketch of a building floor plan and needed a more presentable visual but didn't have immediate access to CAD software. As their virtual assistant, the key was to improvise and deliver. Knowing MS Excel is widely accessible, I used its shapes and formatting tools to create a basic but clear floor plan based on their sketch. It wasn't about perfect architectural rendering; it was about understanding the core requirement and using available resources to provide a valuable visual representation quickly. This experience highlights a crucial skill for any virtual assistant: resourcefulness.
