Sometimes it's not depression, you need to forgive yourself for not being where you thought you'll be at this stage in your life. You need to forgive yourself for being in spaces where you were not treated right. Forgive yourself for watering dead friendships. Forgive yourself for losing yourself in the process of loving someone else. Forgive people even if they don't ask for forgiveness. Bury your past so that you can live your present fully. Adapt to change and accept things that are beyond your control. Limit your expectations. People are busy with their own stuff. Learn to be there for yourself. Lastly, speak life and positivity into every situation you encounter💯❤️

Lord, I know my prayers don’t need to be perfect. I pray that You see how vulnerable I’m coming to You. I pray that You keep us safe, I pray that You mature us further. I pray that You hold us and I pray peace over our minds. I pray that You uplift our spirit and I pray that we continue to work as a team in Jesus name.
