FOREIGN POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP FOR HON. ABUBAKAR KABIR ABUBAKAR BICHI – 2026

Continuing his commitment to community development in Bichi Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi has announced the opening of the second round of full postgraduate scholarships in top international universities.

The scholarship covers all tuition fees, accommodation, visa, airfare, and living expenses until completion of the course.

CONDITIONS (ELIGIBILITY)

• Applicant must be a resident of Bichi Local Government Area with full proof of residency.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with excellent results (CGPA 4.00 or above) from a recognized university.

Must have graduated within the last 5 years.

Must have the skills, academic excellence, and good intentions to contribute to the development of Bichi Local Government.

The applicant must be 32 years of age or younger.

Recipients of other local or international scholarships from the AKA Foundation or any other organization are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

• Employees must bring a letter of attestation from their employer.
• Women applying for support must bring a letter of consent from their parent/guardian or husband during the assessment.
